Gather at 5:45 p.m. at the Civic Center for the Christmas Tree lighting and then head over to the Public Safety Building / Fire Department for Santa, cookies, hot chocolate, and caroling. 

This event is a collaboration between the Phoenix Oregon Chamber of Commerce, the City of Phoenix, and First Presbyterian Church of Phoenix.
